- Next time we read our email, we’re gonna get your inquiry and check our calendar to make sure we can fit you in.
- We’ll email you back to let you know either way, usually within 24 hours. (We’re big fans of good boundaries, which means we only check emails during our usual Tuesday morning to Friday afternoon business hours. So if you sent your message outside of that window, expect to hear from us on the following Tuesday.)
- We’ll invite you to schedule your complimentary consultation so we can hear all about the amazing wedding you’re going to have and answer all of your questions.
- After we meet, if we agree that the vibes are right and we want to plan together, we’ll send you a proposal and contract within 24 hours.
- Approve the proposal, sign your contract, and pay your retainer and then we’ll be ready to plan!
By the time our wedding came, we were both excited for it, instead of exhausted by it – which is not the experience a lot of our friends had, who didn’t receive the same support we received.
You did a really good job of keeping the stress at bay for us, because you didn’t give us too many things to worry about at once. It made it so easy to make the important decisions. We wanted our wedding to be a delightful celebration and not be a source of stress. And you achieved that.
