On your wedding day, you’re the VIPs. And with our Bespoke Event Production service, you’ll feel like a VIP from day one.
It’s every detail taken care of, without you having to lift a finger. No researching, no vetting, no thinking about logistics, no inbox full of wedding-related emails.
All we need from you is your vision and your guest list and we will take care of the rest. We really mean everything: from designing a beautiful event that’s so very you to finding the perfect venue and vendors, all the way down to helping you figure out what to wear and tracking down late RSVPs.
It’s all done for you. Which means you can forget about planning checklists and get back to enjoying your engagement!

You have a clear vision for your wedding, but you have absolutely no desire to do the work of planning it. You want a trusted and experienced professional to make it happen, knowing that you’ll love the results.

We brainstorm together to make sure we understand exactly what you want.
We turn that into a mood board to guide our choices as we plan and prepare an estimated wedding budget.
With your approval on those two things, plus your guest list, we get to work!
Phase 2
We Plan It
We’ll hand pick a team of exceptional wedding pros to make everything happen just the way we want it to.
We’ll also be putting our art degrees to work to make sure each detail is thoughtfully considered and aligns with your vision for the day.
We take care of all the research, vetting, proposals, and negotiations while you sit back and enjoy inbox zero.
Phase 3
The Live Experience
You’ll be chauffeured to and from your wedding venue, where your full vendor team will assemble for a preview of what’s to come.
You’ll be pampered with hair & makeup and then get to experience the actual food, drinks, desserts, music, lighting, and decor that will be at your wedding.
We’ll discuss any changes you’d like and then we’re done planning. The only thing left to do is show up at your wedding and celebrate your love!

Planning & Design
We handle all of the details so that you don’t miss the moments that matter most.
Not everybody knows this, but the reason wedding planning is so stressful for most people is… that they haven’t hired a wedding planner. There are hundreds of tasks to complete and decisions to make. Not to mention the pressure for it to be a “perfect” day. (Perfection is not an achievable goal when humans are involved, but having an incredible wedding day that’s drop-dead gorgeous and runs as smooth as silk is.)
Let us take all of that pressure off of you. We’ll put our art degrees to work and make a beautiful event that feels authentic to the two of you. We’ll take care of all the boring bits of planning and handle all of the logistics of the day. Which means that you get to save a bunch of time and focus only on the fun parts!

Phase 1
The Big Picture
We’ll start by developing your wedding vision. (Don’t worry if you don’t really have one – we’ll help you figure it out!)
Then, we budget. We start by figuring out what it would cost to get everything you’re dreaming of. Then we review it together, adjusting as needed.
Lastly, we’ll scope out the perfect venue for your wedding! We’ll get tours scheduled, go with you to see them, and help you decide which one is right for you.
Phase 2
Vendor Selection
We do the research, vetting, confirming availability, and gathering proposals/pricing.
You get a beautiful PDF for each vendor category with our top recommendations, with links to their websites, socials, and reviews so you can check them out.
You let us know who you love and we’ll schedule consultations so you can get to know them. Then, when you decide who to book, we’ll review the contract and take care of all ongoing communications.
Phase 3
Logistics & Execution
Exactly what it sounds like! While you are putting the finishing touches on your seating chart and your outfits, we’ll be checking back in with each of your vendors to confirm all of the details.
We’ll facilitate your rehearsal in conjunction with your officiant and make sure everyone is ready to go.
Lastly, we will run your wedding day from start to finish, managing your vendors, taking care of you and your guests, handling any changes or little emergencies, and making sure that you have a fabulous celebration!

Wedding Management
You know you can plan your wedding just the way you want it. And you also know that you can’t be everyone everywhere all at once, so you’re handing the details and execution over to our team of pros.
We’re gonna start planning together wayyyyyy before your wedding and we’re gonna do a lot more than just show up on the day – and that’s why we don’t call it “Day-of” or “Month-of” Coordination.
Unlike some planners who won’t even talk to you until a month or two out, you’ve got us on speed dial from the minute you sign with us. Plus, we’re going to equip you right away with an Alt+Ctrl+Wed™ membership and draft timeline so that you have everything you need to finish getting your wedding planned.
As your wedding date gets closer, we’ll meet to download all of the details from your brains and notes to ours. We’ll get you organized and then connect with your vendor team to make sure everything is ready to go.
On your wedding weekend, you get to relax and enjoy the party, because we’re making sure everything goes smoothly. From running your rehearsal to managing your vendor team to taking care of you and your guests to clean up at the end of the night – we are on it. You just show up and dance your faces off!

Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should we book you?
Wedding Planning & Design and Event Design & Wedding Management packages can be booked up to two years before your anticipated wedding date.
Will you hold our wedding date after we inquire?
Due to the number of inquiries we receive, we do not hold dates. If you’re interested in planning with us, inquire now so that we can get your no-obligation consultation on our calendar.
None of the packages are quite what we need. Do you have other options?
Yes, absolutely! The descriptions on this page broadly categorize the services we offer. However, we have multiple packages to choose from, since no two weddings or couples are exactly alike.
What are your COVID policies?
As a team who cares deeply about accessibility – including how COVID affects those who are disabled or immunocompromised, we take COVID very seriously. Here’s what we’re doing to keep everyone as safe as possible:
- Our team is fully vaccinated and boosted.
- We will wear masks during events and in-person meetings for the foreseeable future.
- We conduct most of our planning meetings virtually, which minimizes potential exposure (and is super convenient, too).
- We will work together with you to develop a COVID prevention and safety policy for your wedding, if you’d like one, and to ensure that your wedding complies with any local government or health department mandates that are in effect.
- We are only accepting weddings within the Pacific Northwest planned for up to 150 guests.
- Our team only works one wedding per weekend to ensure that we can isolate between events and that we have backup staff available in case of illness. (And to give you our full attention!)
- All Aisle Less Traveled contracts include one no-fee postponement if your wedding cannot be held as planned due to COVID.
Here’s what we expect of you:
- We ask you to protect us and our families by being up to date on your own vaccines and boosters.
- We appreciate you wearing masks when we meet in person to plan your wedding, though it’s not required.
- We do not expect you or your guests to mask at your wedding, though we are happy to support you in making that request of your guests or vendors if it’s important to you.
Our wedding is on a holiday. Are you available?
It depends on what we have planned in our personal lives, but it’s possible! A $1000 surcharge will be added to our fee as compensation to cover a higher holiday pay rate for our team and as compensation for giving up time that we would have otherwise spent with our loved ones.
Our wedding budget is less than $50k. Do you have anything for us?
We do! Alt+Ctrl+Wed™ is our virtual wedding planning membership for folks on smaller budgets or who simply prefer to tackle the planning on their own.
Alt+Ctrl+Wed™ is priced on a sliding scale starting at $297. Once you join, you have access for as long as you need it. There are no recurring fees (but you can space your payment out over three months if it’s easier on your wallet.)
If you need one-on-one or done-for-you support with just a few pieces of your wedding plans, you can build your own wedding planning package from our suite of a la carte services, which start at $49.
We're not getting married in Seattle. Can you still plan our wedding?
It depends! Our Planning & Design package is only offered in the Seattle/Puget Sound area, including Bainbride, Snohomish, and the San Juan Islands. That’s because in order to find you the best venue and vendor team, we have to know the local industry. Seattle is what we know best.
For weddings in other locations looking for more support, please ask about our Guided Wedding Planning package, where we’ll help you through every step of planning. Then, we will connect with your local wedding planner to handoff the details so they can be fully up to speed to run your wedding day.
Our planning memberships and a la carte services are all provided virtually and are available throughout the US.
Regrettably, due to the extremely confusing nature of international sales taxes and work visas, we do not currently offer our services outside of the United States.
Do you plan events other than weddings?
Yes! While wedding planning is our main focus, we’re happy to plan any kind of event you’re dreaming up. Our rates begin at $4000 for Saturday events, $3500 for Friday and Sunday events, and $3000 for weekday events. Please email us to get started.

Yep! We are thrilled to have marriers of all genders, identities, and relationship configurations as our clients. As well as folks of all body sizes, abilities, skin colors, ethnicities, countries of origin, religious beliefs or lack thereof. Basically, we welcome everyone!
